Two suggestions:
1. Put the pot size on each street, so you're not forcing the rest of us to do maths.
2. Understanding that you may not have a ton of observations on V, if you've seen enough to think he's among the more solid players in the game, tell us why, and let us be the judges.
As for the hand...
PRE - seems pretty standard.
FLOP - also seems pretty standard. Definitely not folding to a 2.5x check-raise on this board.
TURN - This is where the reads would be helpful.
V is repping pretty narrow for value, mostly 66, 44, 64, or maybe J6 - not too many combos that make sense and are likely to be in his range.
He could also have some bluffs - mostly 75, 53, and diamonds. But I'd think most low stakes recs aren't going to find enough of these bluffs on the flop AND continue to bet them on the turn after we call the check-raise and then the board pairs..
I would probably / mostly call the turn, absent any reads, hoping to make our flush or that he checks to us on the river, but I wouldn't be loving it. It's hard to fold a big draw with two overs when he bets $90 into $150 on such a wet board, even if we see that he's only going to have a PSB left going to the river.
If we knew V was LAG, I might find my way to putting in a big raise here on the turn.
RIVER - Again, reads would be helpful.
If I thought V was capable of taking this line with all his busted draws, then the river is just an easy call. But when we have KdQd and the Jd is on the board, there aren't too many NFD combos he'll have that will play this way, if we assume he's 3B'ing hands like ATdd and A5dd pre.
In order to call here, we have to give him a lot of less popular AXdd combos, and / or a lot of 75 / 53, and maybe throw in some over-played AJo type stuff, which really ought to slow down and check the river.
So...I dunno. We beat all his busted draws, and all his worse 1P combos, but with no reads telling us that V is capable of taking this line with those hands, I'd mostly just fold now.
I might fold the K face-up, to see if he shows a bluff. It would be good to know if he's capable. Odds are he doesn't show, or if he does, he just shows one card, probably a 4. In that scenario, I'd be pretty sure he had 44 or 64, and confident we made a good fold.
If our only read is that this guy is a "solid player". I think we have to call.
This line is a suspect, perhaps overbluffed, line.
Call pre, check-raise flop, barrel turn for 60% pot, and PSB-jam river is an over-bluffed line???
I need to know where you play, so I can get into those games.
I’m sure turn is a mix, but likely calling river if villain is youngish. 50+ I fold. You should probably ask him otr if unsure
