KJs vs Fish 3-Bet Deep
5/5
~$1750 deep
SB β This guy has a stack of about $4K. It's his day. Everything is going perfectly for him. Heβs playing aggressively, opening more hands, and putting more pressure on the table. You know the type.
MP β Unknown, but he limp/called, so probably a fish.
BU - reg
MP limps, Hero(CO) K♦ J♦ raises to $25, BU calls, SB 3bets to $150, MP calls, Hero calls
Flop($485) J♣ 4♠ 3♥
SB bets $250, Hero calls, MP folds
Turn($985) Q♥
SB bets $450, Hero folds
This is one of the worst types of opponents and situations where I always get lost and can't come up with the right strategy. Even in this hand, I lost an entire stack just by calling preflop and OTF. I have a bad feeling about this whole hand, starting from preflop.
I didnβt like his huge preflop 3-bet, he doesnβt usually do that. I think itβs a strong hand. I want to fold, but at the same time, Iβm deep stacked, so I feel like I should call. Sucks.

It sucks but I think I play it the same way.
It is OK to fold KJs here preflop to the 3-bet.
I also would've strongly considered raising the flop.
Fold pre given crazy size

I just fold to the 3bet considering this isn't normal for him.
