A Preflop Decision with KQs
1-3 NL...basic early afternoon limp-fest...Villain is an Asian kid in full grinder regalia--ski cap, sunglasses, Beats headphones, very quiet. When he claimed the seat to my left and then went to buy chips, a loud MAWG reg said a couple of times "Ah oh, here comes Peter to join us." However, in the hour he's been here, he's played fairly tight and seemingly TAG, not really doing anything tricky or aggressive...effective stack is $500.
OTTH: Two limpers to me, and I raise to $18 in the CO with KQs...Villain on the BTN pops it to $60...folded back to me...

I'm almost never flatting, and since I'm not certain about his range, plus since he seems fairly tight I would just fold (especially with eff stacks at 165 bb's). If we were deeper and I've seen what he 3bets in the past (and it's a standard range instead of nitty) I would 4bet instead of flatting.
I just fold vs. a quiet, tight player who hasn't done anything yet.
