Easy fold at these stack sizes, since you don't want to be HU on the flop with J-high and an SPR <2.
Playing something like KQs+, AQo+, TT+ probably..
Low postflop SPR so we want hands that can flop very good top pairs to stack off with and won't be dominated too much.
His range is likely pretty strong given he's 3betting vs your iso.
W/o info on V, only continuing w/ AQs+, and I probably fold AQs. Actually, I might just continue with hands I can 4bet with. Maybe call w/ AK.
Fold
You're only 80 straddles deep so not very good implied odds. SPR will be less than 2 if you call. Without much info there is a good chance villain under 3bets. AQs+, JJ+, AKo are good continues, AJs, AQo, TT, KQs, it is starting to get iffy imo.
QQ+ can probably profitably jam vs a range of JJ+ and AQo+, AQs (assume the AQ folds). To profitably 4b jam AK here I think he needs to be a bit wider.
Cheers for advice
When the 3B comes from the straddle (or BB if there is no straddle), it's usually pretty strong, because that player can just flat call, without serious concern that the CO limped just to back-raise. So JTs is a pretty trivial fold here.
We're not deep enough to set-mine, so I'd think we'd mostly want to continue with hands that we can 4B-jam, like QQ+/AKs, or call with hands that have a lot of nut potential, like AKo/AQs, and maybe some AJs/A5s.
I'm not sure what to do with TT/JJ and KQs, but I think I'd lean towards folding TT, and calling with JJ / KQs, but wouldn't hate folding all of them.

Yeah its a tough spot as if his range is very strong Ax will cause a lot of problems, Same as pairs as I will miss mainly
