1/3 Turn aggression with TPTK

1/3 7handed

Villain has been 3 betting me in/out of position a few times already, and cold 4betted me one time, hero has folded all of them. Have a feeling he's coming after me, but haven't seen him play much hands or showdown. Other than that, no significant reads. He's MAWG. Stacks 350ish.

Hero maybe has a tag or nitty image. Asian guy in his 30s.

Preflop
Mp limps. Hero opens to 20 in btn with AsKc. Villain in bb calls, MP folds.

Pot 44
Flop AT6cc, V checks, Hero cbets 15, V x/c.

Pot 74
Turn 2 V checks, Hero bets 50, V x/r to 250 pretty quickly, he has about 70ish behind.
Hero????

Tbh, I have no clue what this huge sizing means. Most people like to raise smaller here with such shallow stacks.

Against an aggressive opponent I'm calling, especially with the dynamic that he seems to be targeting you. Of course you'll get shown two pair a lot but it should be +ev.

Sure you can fold against an omc or passive player in this situation.

I wouldn't read too much into the size, he'd have to go super small on the turn to have any reasonable size bet left for the river. I'd assume low stake live thinking is he doesn't want to price you in if you have a draw, he wants you to fold now. But that could be because he has a vulnerable two pair or because he's bluffing

Vs. this guy I snap call. Your c-bet is way too small vs. this guy. Make it $25 to even $35.

Given the history, this is "all in." If you are lucky, you'll get him to do the fold of shame.

Against generic villain I’m folding at this level. This guy seems like he might do this with something surprising, though, so I probably put the few bucks in myself in case he’s on a draw and trying to β€œgo all in” but save a little money if he bricks off.

Villain tank call?????

Grunch:

PRE - if V is 3B'ing us a lot, I might go larger, like $25.

FLOP - mostly checking or over-betting ace-high flops when IP as the PFR. TPTK is in the over-bet category.

TURN - seems like V is pretty capped on the flop, so I'd over-bet here, looking to set up a river jam.

As played, it looks like he either turned 2P with a hand like A2, or he flopped a strong hand and slow played it. Otherwise, maybe he has a good draw and is just going with it.

Turn check raises tend to be pretty under-bluffed. I wouldn't put too much thought into why he left himself $70 behind. It may be he's just raising 5x and not thinking about how little he's left with.

Probably just fold, absent some tell he's FOS and on a draw.
