1-3-6 Second Nut Flush Deep AF

Hi! Any thoughts are appreciated.

Villain 1 is pretty fishy. Often calls most anything pre, then pays off post. Seen him routinely call down three streets and get shown weakish hands and muck. He's running amazing in this session. Seems to be hitting everything.

Villain 2 is a strong winning LAG. He's a good hand reader and very capable of getting big value thinly. He also is highly competent at pulling big bluffs. He's been raising lightish pre.

Villain 1 (straddle, covers)
Hero (SB, 2200)
Villain 2 (Button, 500)

Folds to Villain 2 who raises to 20, I call with QThh, Villain 1 calls.

Flop T85hh (60)

Hero checks, Villain 1 bets 15, Villain 2 makes it 40, Hero makes it 150, Villain 1 calls, Villain 2 calls.

Turn Ah (510)

Hero makes it 300, Villain 1 makes it 900, Villain 2 folds, Hero calls.

River Ko (2310)

Hero jams for remaining...

My thoughts are Villain 1 is playing most any two suited. I'm taking a line to maximize my value with a flush. Only 7 combos beat me and 21 are behind. Although he probably doesn't have all the 21. But thinking at least 7? As deep as we are I wonder if I should bet less on the turn or check? Also how often is he raising turn with non-nut flushes? Or if there's any point to jamming river? Just c/r? Lost on how to maximize value vs. protect myself this deep. The Ah should be a good card as it removes his ace high flushes. His line on flop suggests a flush draw or some other draw for sure.

Calling a good LAG's raise with QTs in the SB less than 100BB effective feels pretty bleh, even with the spewfish in the straddle.

I'd rather 3-bet than call, although I wouldn't be thrilled about being out of position to the "no fold-em" spewfish while holding Q-high.
