No great options here. I think I am flitting in position here, and hope I can navigate post ok.
Nit is a wide-ranging term used a lot these days, but my default is to call and see a flop. A lot of tight fish (which I assume includes all "nits") tend to make it pretty clear if they have an overpair OOP, and in general it feels like enough AK and JJ should be in range to warrant continuing.
The raise in the SB is small, 2.5x, not 4x. It’s a huge mistake to bet so small in the SB because you are oop. Hero has position, so call SB ‘s 3bet. With an SPR of 3, and no A, K, or coordinated board on the flop, hero can just jam.
I would flat here. Ideally see a Q on the flop.
if you can find a postlfop fold with an overpair, call to set mine. otherwise you have a serious RIO problem.
nothing you can do but call to setmine and see if you can pick up a live read (eyeballing your stack, making eye contact, preemptive reach for chips, heavy breathing, etc)
