Keep checking.
Did you 3bet the maniac to isolate him and an aggro fish and a nit come along? Is it usually multi-way in 3bet pots? If your image is nitty, why are they calling your 3bet? Are cold calls coming from offsuit paint like yours? Would a bigger 3bet get you heads up? What does everyone checking the flop mean?
Agree with keep checking

yea we're trying to iso.
maniac opens super wide/c3bets super light, has no fold btn vs small bets/raises
fish coldcalling because he's fish
nit calling maybe because he has playable hand or maybe from winning tilt.
even after hand i tuned up my 3b% vs maniac i was still getting coldcalled alot.
maybe everybody's knows the maniac. he's kinda free money.
Grunch:
PRE - why would you 3B KQo in this configuration? You should know V2 on the BTN is likey to call, and once he does this is very likely to go multi-way.
FLOP - just check. See what happens.
TURN - I think we can either check again and hope to get to showdown, or bet small, like 1/4 pot, with a plan to bomb the river on a T or heart.
KQo is a very meh hand, imo. I open fold it in EP and would also do that in MP at raisey or difficult tables. If I'm playing it, I would actually rather just overlimp in at wild loose tables to play a more playable SPR. Bloating to multiway and small SPR pots with it is meh, imo. ETA: My bad, I didn't realize a maniac opened first. Honestly, in MP with the world still to react behind, and very unlikely to get this HU with V2 still in the mix, I think I just pass with this hand at this stack depth. Much more reason to get involved with much shorter stacks where our risk (stacks) is worth the reward (dead money in pot and what percentages of those small stacks people will play for), which is why I often sit short at $200 instead of a much more difficult to play $600.
Also checking flop this multiway.
Still don't think we have any FE on the turn at a table like this, especially after checking flop. So i check again.
