GTO Folds a Straight but Calls with a Set?
I'm a poker player getting used to studying GTO. I was putting in draw heavy hands to understand how to procede with certain draws and on what kind of boards, then I found this line where it's UTG vs BB standard open. Flop comes T9 of spades and 5 of diamonds. BB checks, UTG continues BB calls. Turn comes 8 of hearts, bringing in some straights. BB checks, UTG bets 1.3X pot, BB calls. River comes the flush completing 2 of spades. BB checks, UTG bets 1.5X pot. Here, according to the range of GTO Wizard, many sets call here, but straights like J7 of diamonds and all QJ suited hands fold here. I was just curious to see the answer to why GTO does this.

It's probably because straights block Broadway bluffs. On the 8 turn UTG will probably bluff a lot with Jx open enders. Those will potentially continue bluffing on the flush completing river. So when you have a straight with a jack in your hand it makes it less likely your opponent is bluffing.
In this configuration your opponent is betting big enough that it turns both a straight and a set into bluffcatchers, because neither can beat a flush. In that case you prefer to call with hands that unblock bluffs and/or block value.
