Transfer! House?! Howwwwse?
1/3 NLHE 8 handed
We're just starting our session and moved to this table as it seems more active. We recognize several regs including V. The room is just warming up on a Friday afternoon as people come in after work. V is now agitated that I've arrived on his immediate right and is saying mean things about my appearance/mom/religion whatever...
V - MAMEG. Think he's from Lebanon or Syria. Calling station fish. Plays so passively to the point people have even pointed it out to him and he knows he loves to call. His thought process at poker is like: "I know which hands are more likely to hit and I play those hands for the right price and know when to fold". He hand selects pre and then considers the hand's strength in terms of it's absolute value..ex: A set on K-7-3 is "worth" his whole stack, while KQ is "worth" 150$, Q7 is "worth" 35$...and so on. He can read the board and understand that a draw came in. He changes seats constantly to find the "hot" seat. He's up tonight. Hates my guts with a passion and immediately requests table transfer when I get to his table. I've taken at least an entry level car off this guy over the years. SB. Covers.
---H 550$ effective BTN---
Four limps to H in BTN, Q♠ 9♠ to 25, V calls SB next to act, two of the limpers call in ~MP. Four ways IP SRP.
Flop 100 - 7♠ 5♦ 2♠
Check, check, check, cbet 55, V calls SB, MP folds, MP+1 calls. 3-ways IP.
Turn 265 - 8♣
Check, check, we check
River 265 - 4♦
V leads 60, MP+1 folds, H to 275...

flop bet too big, you want callers. worked out this time but when you bet 1/2 pot they are calling with a narrower range than you want. you what KJo to call not fold.
i dont understand river raise. what are you repping? 66? you bet 1/2 pot on the flop with 66 into 3 players?
Flop sizing seems fine. You are obviously very happy to take it down on the flop.
Board is terrible for your range. Villain's lead small is strange. Maybe he has 2 pair. Would be a good raise if you were not the preflop raiser and cbettor. As implied, you should pretty much never have the straight, and what else would anyone raise here with? I understand you want the pot and villain looks weak, but it is not a good spot to bluff.
Go home, Banana. You're drunk.
Grunch:
PRE - don't raise Q9s into four limpers and a blind who hates you if you have to raise, go bigger.
FLOP - just check back or bets smaller, like $25-$30.
TURN - you picked up a GSSD. You have no showdown value. You could barrel. Checking back also seems reasonable.
RIVER - we called you an Uber, Banana. It's time to go now.
You literally beat nothing and rep nothing.
Preflop is Banana style, and not bad IMO. Could raise larger or limp behind.
Flop, you have a flush draw, so size seems fine. You want to take it down or get HU so you can barrel.
Turn, you have a combo draw, but hard to represent as the preflop raiser on the low to middle card board. Would barrel on ace or king turn.
Villain says, βyou had a six too?β as he calls on the river.
You guys are all thinking on level 9+...this guy isn't thinking what I have or what I'm repping...second of all...I have 67s/86s/56s here
Result: He folds. I win. Laughter ensues.
Correction:
Villain says, βdarn, I donβt have a sixβ as he mucks quickly.
