I don’t know what he has either, but he called the check-raise (not so sure that was the best line), probably doesn’t have us beat, so I’d try betting $200.

We want the call and to get as much value as possible. I like (dealer friendly) even numbers as I feel like they get called more often. The stigma of ‘all-in’ gets more folds than calls.

You’re in the driver’s seat
You could bet small hoping to induce

It’s not so much his range, or what his actions have been so far - but more his style and his perception of hero. I don’t want to be greedy as this is the kind of hand where I’m mad at myself if he folds.

You want to get more value from this hand than an opponent would, but it’s always a judgement call: full value vs some value

When ranges are wide we can instead think about whats not in their range. He doesnt have AA or KK because he didnt 3bet pre. He doesnt have Qx due to card removal. He doesnt have a random turn suckout with trips because he just called your x/r. He probably never has a draw because he'd had to be playing seriously wide to get there. So what is his most likely range? Just silly pairs trying to bluffcatch. Target that. With a pot of 250 im going to bet 75 and hope for the crying call. If he has a boat then it doesnt even matter.
