1/2/3 game $800 deep

open UTG with AA $20, CO covers and calls, BB calls

flop 246 rainbow. bb checks, i check, CO bets 3/4 pot.

CO is young/fairly aggro. unclear what he does when checked to on rag boards multiway.

anyway i call

turn 4 puts up a FD. i check he bets 3/4 pot again.

i call

river K no flush. i check he bets pot instantly.

play?

Weird line by V. I'd think his strong hands and best semi-bluffs would bet small on flop and size up on turn. Would also think his nutted hands would pause before betting on river, then bet bigger. Just your description of his sizing and speed of betting tell looks kinda bluffy to me.

I dunno. It's always possible he has a better hand and just doesn't know how best to play it. We gave him tons of rope. It's also possible he does this with 65 or whatever.

When we check flop, it's hard to fold to this line.

mods feel free to lock this, decided to post the same thing as a general theory thread.
