2/3 - Aces with NFD blocker facing flop aggression

2/3 10 handed -
Hero ($350): 20's LAG image.
V1 ($500): old man fish.
V2 ($280): 20's asian girl, just joined table.

4 limpers, Hero raises to $26 in HJ with A♣A♥. I vary sizing depending on the amount of limpers. V1 calls from the SB and V2 calls from the BB. Limpers fold.

Flop ($80): J♥4♣6♣
Check, check, hero bets $45. Should I have bet more? I tend to c bet small on dry boards but this is multiway so maybe it should've been bigger.
. V1 folds and V2 raises to $145 after thinking for a bit. Hero?

This bet is pretty much playing for stacks as I don't think I'm folding if I call. I block the NFD which is a big part of her semi bluff range. Honestly not sure what the best play here is. All options seem wrong. Thoughts?
