Flopping bottom set in a multi-way pot
This is a spot that I was in this past weekend. I could post the hand if people think that it would be helpful, but I'm more interested in discussing this in general than a specific hand.
When you flop a set in a three or four way pot, should you be willing to play for stacks on the flop if your reraise gets jammed over? Assuming no reads, normal stack depth etc. This is a spot that I don't have a clear handle on how to play, because on one hand, people at 1/3- 2/5 will overplay TPTK and two pair like this, but when I play online, this is ALWAYS a higher set.
Thoughts?

Depends on how connected the board is, how big stacks are, and who is doing the jamming. The more connected the board (are there straights out there that could be protecting against a flush draw?), the bigger the stacks, and the less of an idiot you are up against, the more you have to take folding into consideration.
Recently I've been open folding small pairs in EP at most of my tables for these types of reasons.

Bump. Three relevant hands TK
Theres not a general answer to whether you stack off with a set, if there was, there wouldnt be books upon books written about this game.
