QQ overpair vs gambler and father time
2/3, no 10 straddle on this hand.
Playing 7 handed.
V1 - asian reg who likes to gamble and play PLO. Hes waiting to get on PLO game. He's not a maniac, but loose and will bluff.
V2 - father time. This guy is crazy old, probably 90. I cant believe he is playing at 11:30 PM. He is of average live looseness and ive seen him get sticky a couple times and he is very passive, he has not raised his strong hands pre or postflop and has rarely bet himself.
Hero opens 15 from UTG+1 w red QQ.
V1 in SB, and V2 in BB call. Everyone else folds.

V1 donks out for 25. Im cool with it, planning to call down and let him keep blasting.
Now V2 unexpectedly calls as well.
I did consider raising flop, but im not sure about V2, and there is a possibility V1 is just betting his trips right out.

V1 continues for 75. V2 calls again.

He wasn't described as an OMC, he was said to be loose, passive, and a station. A true OMC is a tight nit who only plays premium hands and continues when he flops a monster.
Against this guy I would just call him down and not raise the flop since they're only calling with trips and folding things we beat which they would have continued to put more money in with.

Yep, that comports to what I've seen from many OMC's.
While many OMC's are nitty, the more defining quality is that they LOVE to slow-play when they do enter a pot, so it's advanced age + reliable passivity that defines the OMC more than how tight they are, IMNSHO. I've seen OMC's VPIP with all sorts of hands, especially when they're defending their BB.
You can almost hear their thoughts, "I'll teach this young whipper-snapper what happens when they always raise and never limp..."
In this instance, apparently V didn't have trips when he called SB's donk bet, since he folded the river, when trips would have been a boat. If he's calling the donk lead with something other than trips, he might also call a raise. Doubtful he's folding many over-pairs to the board, or too many NFD's or combo draws.
If he's folding hands we beat, that's also fine, since we're denying equity from his draws and worse PP's that could catch up.

Im positive that the old man had some kind of combo draw by the way he threw his cards up and huffed like he couldnt believe everything missed.
I actually played little bit more w him tonight. What was interesting is that I watched him on 2 separate occasions flat call a raise preflop, one of the hands was flat, then reflat after 3bet, and on both hands he then donked out basically full pot on lowish connected boards, then kept betting turn and river and showed down pocket queens both times. On one of those hands turn brought a king and one of them turn brought a straight and he still kept betting huge. So i know his modus operandi now.

Well hes probably a WW2 veteran so he gets some respeck. Man I doubled up w AA last night, but there were so many active fish donating and I could just not get a hand to play vs them except flopping a set once and getting runner runnered vs straight.
