Preflop is fine, whole hand is perfectly fine.
River is a call regardless, but a particularly enthusiastic snap-call here when your Q is a club.
If you’re beat it’s just a cooler. We’re never folding at any point.
I'd reluctantly call since you do beat some value.
Usually 3betting pre but calling is fine. As played I think you're blocking too much value to fold.
CO opens should have plenty of worse kx. i wouldnt rule out air either.
assuming CO is typical in that he raises wide in CO and calls 3bets too wide, i think pre is a 3b to $70, aiming for an SPR of 3 where you get GII on the turn on most boards, the exception being Axx boards where if you cbet 2/3-3/4 pot and get called you should give up. i dont think this hand is profitable calling pre and playing fit/fold. most of the time you end up overfolding flops. even if you get lucky and flop top pair you are vs an uncapped range so you get put in spots like this.
id rather play this hand under the assumption that i wont flop anything and he wont either, so i have to cbet flop and shove turn. almost like playing it blind.
actually now that i think about it, i think a really good poker player always assumes he will flop nothing and plans accordingly.
The villain bet essentially pot/pot/jam. If you have KT is his range, it is a reluctant call.
There is no reason to overfold this. You do beat KJ and KT.
Maybe against an extremely tight OMC you can find an exploitable fold here.
It would be an odd flop size for AA (doesn't need protection, will just fold out a lot of your underpants). You might see the occasional backdoor flush draw like JTcc make this play but I wouldn't lose sleep over a backdoor flush when the top three cards are accounted for.
That leaves AK - if he has it so be it - but also a load of other Kx. Pot-pot-jam is a little uncomfortable but there are other hands as well. Call.
(Edit - I didn't consider 44 - I still think you can't just call with flushes and up, although it's not a fistpump call...KJ would be very close and might be a fold)
It's more of a crying call for me than a snap call, but I call. Your hand looks just like a K. He could have a worse hand. I wouldn't be surprised to see AK or AA, though, especially considering he doesn't have AcXc.
