How should I be playing missed flops?

1/2 NL. Main villain has about 200 and I cover. Main villain seems competent for this level, but not a good player. Is older women and sometimes makes small open raises.

I raise to 10 UTG +1 with KQo. HJ and BB call. Flop comes AT7,r. x, I cbet 15, HJ calls and BB folds. I felt I needed to cbet, as they could both miss this flop, I can represent an ace, and I have a gutshot. Turn is a 5 putting a 2-flush, x, x. Should I barrel to turn for like 30 with my draw and good odds for the bluff? River is an offsuit 3 and goes x, bet 10. Should I checkraise the ridiculous small bet? It seems like villain is value betting a T or something like that. I don't think I can flat call even this sizing. I am wondering if I should play more aggressively, but hard to get people to fold.

A high flops are not board we should be cbetting at a high frequency even from a GTO persoective and the nut no pair has showdown value. Beyond that, lowstakes players limp call and play junky aces way too much. This is a hand im checking OTF, and id probably peel OTT if someone bets just due to the combination of showdown value and a 4 outer if they actually have the A.

At these stakes people play a bit too straightforward, so you can try checking the flop and letting them bet out with their Ax. If they check, it means they are less likely to have an ace, and you can start bluffing on the turn.
