TPGK in limped pot
Not that comfortable with live NLHE, but that is mostly what is available. Used to play 2/5, although not comfortable with it, because hard to understand the weird way ½ players play. This hand is an example of that, although it isn't a big pot.
1/2 NL effective stacks not relevant. UTG looks really old, but plays reasonably, raising and 3-betting some. UTG, UTG+1, HJ, and SB limp. I check in BB with KJo. That about raising, but not sure it was a strong enough hand for that OOP. Also, some people were playing passively and would limp/call with hands that dominate mine. Flop is Ks5h3h. I lead for 7, UTG and UTG+1 call, Turn is Ad, I check, UTG bets 11, call, call. River is 8d, check, UTG bets 17, UTG+1 calls. Should I call down? Should I have played it differently earlier?

I would fold the turn but that's just me. Usually a turned ace would scare people but several are still continuing.
Checking your option pre is fine, especially if you're not too comfortable playing live and yes some 1/2 players can play very passively, I've even seen players limp in with AK pre from LP.
Check pre, check flop, x/f turn, x/f river
I folded river. Would have called if UTG+1 folded. UTG showed K9s and UTG+1 mucked. I was kind of upset folding the best hand to I guess a value bet getting about 6-1. That's what I mean that I am having trouble figuring out 1/2 players.
Afterwards I thought that it was correct to check when the ace hit, but they really should have aces. It was a Kxx 2-flush board, so they probably have Ks, draws or maybe like 88. They are not going to have AK. Maybe they called the flop with A5 or A3 or maybe A with flush draw. Aces up should probably have bet larger. I thought there was a good chance my hand was good, but then with the bet and call I decided to fold.
Pre is very table dependent,
Flop: Again very table dependent on lead, check. I think I generally check/call here. If you do bet, make it at least 10, possibly 15. In these low pots, absolute size matters.
Turn: Hard to fold getting such a rediculously good price, but I think it is probably a fold.
River: Fold, you beat nothing at this point.
Edit: Just saw results.... LOL. Don't think twice about it, fold is corect.
When you lead that flop, assuming I've seen you're a reasonably competent player, I'm going to range you at KX where X isn't impressive, or possibly 55 or 33 and maybe pockets in the 6 - T range.
If im EPish, I'm folding. Assuming I can do so after a couple of folds, in LP, I'm calling with any K, 5, or 3, and even just air, hoping for an A, 5, 3 or something that matches my hand.
Once the A, 5, or 3 comes, if you check I bet twice. I might bet once after an air turn if you check and I believe I can push you around.
If you had bet pre, I would believe you had a good KX and probably exit.
If you bet turn I would exit since it seemed like it didn't scare you.
All this is to say why I would have /x the flop bc your hand and position is so easily attacked and not defensible. If fact, there are few hands I could have other than trips where I would lead out. I would rather keep the pot small on this hand such that I can call a smallish turn or river bet.
I'm a winning 1/2 and 2/5 player but not particularly good and there are lots better players / deeper thinkers here and at the tables. I'm not saying my strat is great at all levels, but if not done too often vs a table of rec low stakers, it will often win the pot.
