Big multiway top pair gets raised over

Big multiway top pair gets raised over

2/3/5, I have about 700 dollars

KhJd SB

4 limps, raise 45, BB and ALL limpers call

Flop Kc9d6d

Bet 60, CO calls
CO is a player I've seen before, he bluffs a pretty good amount and plays garbage decently often. Much of the time he just finds scared money and gets it to fold.

Turn Qd
I check, CO bets 130, call

River 3h
I check, CO bets 500 allin

Call or fold?

When you call the turn, what is your plan for the river?

Are you changing that plan because the river puts you all in?

This hand is too weak to isolate 4 limpers with from the SB.

On the flop, out of position against 5 players I would check. I guess betting small is fine.

I like how you played the turn.

River seems like a fold. How could he have a worse hand here? 78s that is going crazy? If he has something like AdJx just tip your cap to him. Tougher to fold against a bluff heavy player but it’s just hard to have bluffs here.

pf is really bad, i think KQo is even a complete here. if someone said they wouldnt raise AKo here i wouldnt argue. being OOP in NL sucks.

i would not bet the flop

as played i would fold the river AINEC.

Squeezing is bad, I agree.

Is it not worthwhile to bet flop to thin the field here?

I agree with checking the flop 5 ways here.

Top pair jack kicker in a 5 way raised pot when we're OOP isn't that great of a spot. I would just check to see what develops. Sometimes when we check someone bets, someone raises, then someone jams and ofc we can easily fold. If someone calls our cbet, we're still in a bad spot bc we're OOP and all his kings are probably beating ours or we can bet/bet/pray he was on a FD if the flush didn't come. When we have a medium strength hand we shouldn't really be throwing money in on every street.

I hate completing from SB, so I am fine with the squeeze.
Personally, I'd fold pre rather than completing multiway.

Otf, the pot is 270, right?
I like your small cbet, and indeed it worked out quite well since you got only one caller.

Turn seems fairly standard, especially against an aggressive player.

On the river, the pot is around 650, correct?
With a 500 bet, you need to be good 30% of the time.
I am very tempted to call.
You do not beat any value, but an aggressive V used to play against scared money can take this line with a bunch of AdX.
