TPGK raised on the flop
Villain is older and appears east Asian. He earlier minraised me on the turn with 2 pair when I had TPTK and nut flush draw.
1/2 NL, effective stacks about 200. I open raise from mid position with AsQd, only villain next to me on the left calls. Flop is Ah9c6c. I cbet 10, villain raises to 25. Turn is 4d, check, villain bets 30, call. River is Qs. Should I check or bet and with what plans? Were my flop or turn plays too conservative?

Your post is missing a lot of info. You should include the pot size on every street. You don't tell us what you opened to pre.
I think flop and turn look fine, but I don't know the pot size. I think 1/3 pot on flop or checking is fine. I would check river in flow. I would check raise a half pot or lower bet on the river. You beat all of the other 2pair combos and weaker Ax. Facing around pot it is a little more dicey.
Honestly when he raises to 25 on the flop and only bets 30 on the turn his hand doesn't scream strength. There are only really 6 sets that you lose to and I don't think they take this size mainly on the turn. Sometimes you see them bet small on flop and turn then bomb the river, but that can also be a busted draw or overplayed hand as well. Give him a chance to bluff or value own himself here.
Open raise to 10, pot 20 on the flop 70 on the turn, 130 on the river.
I checked the river and he checked back. He showed Ac2c for top pair and flush draw. Thought maybe I played to passively after he raised.
