Probably shove is better, because you will probably get called.
I would probably go 3x. Even 2.5x or 2.75x isn't crazy facing the big open size and we are only 50bb deep.

its just im not scared of a jam. Way more about a call if i 3bet and of an ace, king or a queen on the flop.
2nd thing Im scared if I 3bet Im looking so hard like JJ+ and AK
Really can’t play scared. If you go $16c get called and the flop is AKX then you can blues shove with an SPR of 1 or X/f to aggression. V doesn’t know you have JJ. Don’t be afraid to play post flop poker. That being said shoving JJ over a raise 50bb deep can’t be bad, just probably not optimal.
