Nice result. I usually don't like trying to make huge moves like this multiway because it has to get through everyone. It is a fairly unique spot though because the small size donk is typically a bad fish who is somewhat capped, and the guys just calling are typically fairly capped, but once in a blue moon trapping. And then sometimes guys will put their foot down with KQ and stack off here. But you just have so much equity, you don't need folds to happen that often to be profiting here. Wh

What’s your vpip from sb after a large 7x raise and is it all continues by 3b?

Result: I made it 200 and everyone folded. Btn mini tanked and showed KcQx.

I think taking the great price is better if it was pfr that bet as opposed to an mp donk and a pfr flat.

Well played. Nice hand. I doubt I'd have had the ability to think through it the way you did and find that play. At least not all too often.

I would be pretty imbalanced here. It depends who is in the pot. If the initial raiser and/or the cold caller and the limper are the type of guys who might play a giant pot with top pair or an overpair then I am more likely to want to cold call with 66-99, maybe even some of the lower pp. TT I am close to indifferent between 3betting and flatting because flatting TT here occasionally allows you to win a giant pot. JJ+ I 3bet, and all my high card hands I want to continue with I would continue as a 3bet. How wide and how polar I 3bet depends on how tight and sticky I think the players are. If they have a pot of folds to 3bets here, I would probably have a range of like ATs+, KTs+, A5s, AQo+. The tighter they are, they tighter I want to be. The stickier they are the more linear I want to be. If they guys are going to call a 3bet with AJo and KQo we might consider dropping hands like KJs, KTs, A5s. You want to aim for fold equity + good equity vs their continue range, so you have to tweak your exact range vs the players you are against.

The reason we can make very speculative calls with pocket pairs is that we are going to flop a very strong made hand 1 in 8.5 times, we will get paid off fairly often, especially when there are weaker players at the table. A set is also not a super vulnerable hand and typically puts us in way ahead scenarios, and rarely in way behind scenarios.

On the other hand suited connectors flop a straight 1 in 77 times, a flush 1 in 119 times, 2 pair 1 in 50 times. The made hands you make with suited connectors tend to be more vulnerable. Even 2 pair vs an overpair will not be the best hand by the river fairly often. Flopping 1 pair is less likely to be good, ESPECIALLY multiway - suited connectors are actually mich worse multiway. You flop a flush draw about or OESD 10-11% of the time and a gutshot 15% of the time. A combo draw I think less than 3% of the time. And unless you hit a combo draw on the flop, your draws will not hit most of the time.

So generally suited connectors are not very good hands to be cold calling unless we are on the big blind, preferably facing an open of 3x or less, and preferably more than 100bb deep, preferably heads up. If we have fold equity and we can get it heads up fairly often then they can work as decent 3bets, particularly from the button (we have position and there are no cold callers) or BB. When it's heads up and/or we the betting lead, we are more likely to either win when we hit 1 pair or by using fold equity at some point.

Multiway, and not getting a good price, I don't think we are likely to be able to hit our hand or use fold equity successfully to win enough to make up for how much we pay to see flops and occasionally turns and rivers. Pocket pairs and suited connectors are leagues apart.
