TT in a 4-bet pot, 4-flush board
5/5
~$550 effective
CO – Reg-fish, 40-year-old Asian. I see him regularly in the casino, but I’m not convinced he’s a good pro. He seems more like a semi-fish type of player because I’ve seen a lot of questionable plays from him, such as open limping preflop, calling too much preflop with marginal hands like K8s, etc.
CO opens to $20, Hero (BU) re-raises to $80 with T♥T♣, CO 4-bets to $180, Hero calls.

CO bets $100, Hero - ?

Why did you call the 4bet? If he's a semi-fish type player, these types of players usually only 4bet (and 3bet) with big premium pairs. Have you ever seen him 3bet or 4bet before?
He has Kh and Ah in his range otr and we only have a bluff catcher. Does he bluff? I would just fold here but that's just me (and I would of folded to the 4bet).
I don't think you can fold for this price. This is often one of the best flushes that you get to the river with (assuming Ax and Kx stab the flop). I'd expect villain to cbet the flop with Ah/Kh and likely Qh too. You have a bluff catcher of course, but this is a bluff a large potion of the time and he bet less than third pot. I pay this off if he has it.
At 550 eff and basically 110 bb, I can find a tight fold even in position here preflop against described V. We're basically setting up a commitment spot at this spr.
As played, I agree with Telemakus that we can't fold at this price on river.

Pre is fine but yea if they are a fish folding is okay since 4bets are the nuts most of the time.
Bet small otf to deny equity vs AK-AJ, etc... pot is too big to give a free card.
Snapping otr
All of this assumes they are playing somewhat reasonable...like, we can't call preflop because "villain can be 4betting light" and then fold otr because "population never bluffs here."

Folding pre, I find fish raise much bigger with AK, especially in this wider configuration.
As played I am calling river but not loving it. If he bets 200 I fold.
