I’m not sure how to approach this spot with KK on such a board.
I opened from UTG, so I liked the flop initially. I felt I had a range advantage, but not necessarily the nuts, so I sized down to about 1/4 pot OTF, which seemed fine.
Now OTT, I’m unsure what the best play is.

Check-folding the turn sounds about right. I also am rarely betting into three other players when my KK springs an A-high flop.

+1 to all of this, with the added point that if we bet again, are we betting for value or as a bluff? If we're not sure, the usually right answer is not to bet.

Dude you can't fold KK vs. 3 opponents. Make them get their money in.

I don't like betting 20% pot otf, I'd rather just c/f. We're OOP in a 4 way hand and people don't usually bet with pocket 7's when we check the flop multiway, so you can likely assume they have an ace if they bet and we can just fold. If we bet 20 into 90 and someone calls, what are we doing ott, are we betting a fifth pot again (If all these guys were fit or fold players and I decided to cbet I'd bet like 35/40 and it would be a one and done bet).

If we discount the other two callers and play HU against only the MP caller, then:

Your premise that 55% equity = range bet is already flawed, but it doesnt even matter, because Im gonna tell you a secret thats gonna save you a lot of time doing analysis like this. your range never has 55% equity on the flop 4 ways. So you are never range betting into 3 opponents.
