Brand new 1-2, 100-300 buy in. Villain on btn is a huge station having run up 300 to 1100 in an orbit.

Hero in HJ with AcJd with 300 stack
Pre: V on btn straddle 5. Both blinds complete, hero iso 25, only btn calls
Flop (60) : AhQs4d
Hero 25 V calls
Turn (110) : 6x
Hero 50 V calls
River (210) : Qx

$100/fold?
Forgot to put in OP he’s a middle aged Indian guy talking non stop.
All in
Against this guy, with only the information you have provided, I think I would just take AJ to the house. SPR is 2.5ish on the turn brick, so something geometric like $70 on the turn and $180 on the river seems to work well.
If he shows up with Qx or 44 it's unfortunate, but you actually beat A4 and A6 on this river.

Has he raised at all yet either pre or post (assuming you've only known him for one orbit)?
Who was he calling down when he had 99, was it someone he knows to b/b/b with air?
He's probably not folding any ace, so probably bet at least 150
I prefer x/f, possibly x/c. I'm against betting the river because TPGK has only two streets of value. If V were nit, I would bet the river as a semi-bluff to get him to fold AK. What hands can V have that we beat? KK, ATs, maybe the three combos of JJ? Anything else? Never bluff a calling station.
U only have pot size left, seems like an easy jam based on the info you gave about him. Will call off worse and sometimes you run into Qx but worth it when u get paid by worse Ax and the whatevers.

I think it’s his first time playing here, his V in the 99 hand was unknown. He hasn’t taken an aggressive action yet and has shown J5s and A9o as limp calls.
Rip it in to stack an ace.
Against the described Villain I would certainly be going bigger on the flop, which then sets up bigger turn and river bets.

What are you talking about? Did you even read the OP? The 99 hand?
10 hands is not much of a sample, but sometimes it's enough. Against a guy like this AJ seems like a straightforward bet, bet, shove on this flop with your stack, so I'd definitely go bigger on flop and turn, then you'd have a much easier shove on the river.
As played I don't know which one I like better: 100/fold or just shove anyway.
This V is going to give all his money away eventually. We may as well be first in line. Think jamming is probably fine.
200 left with 210 potsize is an easy jam on river vs this player.
Agree with just jamming the river given the read, especially the 99 hand. If the 99 hand wasn't all-in on river, maybe a $100 bet makes more sense to get him to call.
FWIW, I go bigger flop and bigger turn to make the river a no-brainer vs. this guy (called 3 large barrels) -- and a no-brainer for him to call.
Yeah, what Javanewt said. Against a whale with a hard-to-find fold button, we can probably abandon the GTO smaller bet sizing and go bigger pre, on flop and on turn.
If you go $30 pre, and $60 flop, the pot will be $190 going to the turn, and you'll have $210 back. You could just jam turn for a PSB, or check, to let him bet. Any size he takes will make it easy to stick the rest in, unless he goes stupid-small.
Even if he doesn't bet turn, you can still jam a PSB on the river, and expect him to call a lot, based on the 99 hand history. Worst case, if he folds, we got more value on earlier streets, by sizing up with our bets.
Result: Hero bets 75 and V nitrolls with AK.
Against a fishy station with a stack I'm ripping it here all day to get called by all the worse Ax (in addition to anything else he feels like stationing off). If he has us beat, good for him. I have no qualms in going for shameless value here and sometimes going broke. We can be somewhat sure he doesn't have AK from the preflop action. We are ahead far more often than we are behind, it's go time!
