I screw play AA
Back story to this hand - The previous hand, I just won a fairly big pot vs. villain when I turned quads with 66 vs his JJ. I am still stacking chips when this hand happens:
Villain is younger Asian, typically plays the 2/5. But 1/2 is all that's running. Pretty aggressive, but nothing crazy. We're $500 effective this hand
OTH:
7 handed - I straddle UTG. 2 Limps, V makes it $30. Folds to me, I have AsAx and make it $105. Folds to V who give a speech asking if I have 66 again. I ask if he has JJ again. He tanks for 20 or so seconds before calling.
Pot $220 Flop K♠ 8♣ 7d♦ I check. My thought process is if he has AK/KQ all the money is going in. If he has AJs/AQs or 99-QQ I want to disguise my hand. He checks back.
Pot still $220: Turn 3♠ I bet $100. He tanks for maybe 30 seconds before calling. This looked to me like he was really considering between folding and calling.
Pot $420: River 6♥ V has about $300 left. I check with the intention of snap calling any bet.

I would just bet/bet/bet.
Looks fine. You're in a WA/WB spot on the flop with an SPR of 2, so I can dig the line you took, presumably since you're never folding the turn or river no matter what comes out.
I would bet, because you want to get the money in. You 3! preflop, so would probably bet the K high flop if you had some bluff you missed with. It obviously hits AA/KK/AK and isn't bad for QQ. It doesn't seem like a good situation to trap. As played, you are hoping he bets and then hoping you are good. You want to try to get all the money in in 2 or 3 bets.

We know that Villain is normally aggressive and likely tilted at the moment. Since we're putting the money in regardless, it's really just a matter of trying to construct a PF raise-call range for the villain, and then seeing if more of his hands are the calling type on this board or the bluffing type.
I'm too lazy to do this analysis on a nice Saturday afternoon.
Bet flop 75 and triple barrel every runout.
I would go check/100/shove. I think villain tanks a long time on the turn because he's also considering what he will do facing a (probable) river bet. Once he calls 100 on the turn I think we get all of it if we just shove.
Generally overpairs have the best properties for cbetting in 3b pots - they unblock top pair, and are strong enough to play for stacks. Probably best to just bet AA, and slowplay with hands like sets and Kx if you think it's necessary.
Sometimes slowplaying too much is symptomatic of bigger problems in your game. If villain has QQ-99, you should not be "checking to disguise your hand" - you should be betting AA along with a ton of other bluffs, to the point where QQ-99 is tempted to call you down. But that can of course be hard to do if you know you're not bluffing enough.
checking flop is fine but i bet bigger on the turn and then jam river.
I don't see what you are representing, 3-betting and then checking a K87 flop. Once the 3-bet, you are representing AA/KK/AK, so not a good situation to slow play.
Results - I check. Villain tanks for a good 30 seconds and bets 200. I call. Villain shows JJ
You need to jam the river as played
