Double Board Bomb Pots

Double Board Bomb Pots

Can anyone give me any advice or resources for how to improve at these rapidly?
my current strat is kinda just wait for the nuts/massive draws and bet big - seems to be working well and effective against fish who can't find a fold with two-pair but probably need to have more nuance to my game

That's about it in NLHE DBBPs. Get the nuts or close to it on at least one board and bomb away 😉

If it's working for you, keep doing it. My dad has a famous saying "just leave well enough alone".

Fair, but how do I know if it's well enough yet??

You should have posted in the Omaha section 😉

It is different, but not by much. Bet less, call more. Pound it if you have one board locked up; try to get them to come along if you have both. Too many variables, but I don't lead if I don't have a really good hand or a really good read.

Tip: I've posted this elsewhere, but at low stakes, try watching their eyes to see which board they like -- works pretty darn well in my games 😉

By continuing with good hands, at least two pair (preferably top two) and betting your hand strength in relation to the size of the pot. For example if you have top and bottom and get check raised and someone calls, just lay it down.

1. have at least something on both boards

OR

1. have one board locked up

AND

2. be able to make huge laydowns like trips or weak flushes
