1-3 NLHE - KK in the BTN Line Check
Hero: BTN (Kh Ks)
Effective Stack: $400
Hero just sat down at table, 3rd hand dealt, no solid image to be portrayed.
UTG is a recreational player with $400 effective, messy chip counting.
HJ is an older recreational gentleman with $380 effective, definitely more experienced.
Preflop:
UTG limps, HJ raises $10, Hero 3bet to $30, UTG calls, HJ calls
Flop ($90): Js 8c 4c
UTG checks, HJ checks, Hero bets $50, UTG calls, HJ calls
Turn ($240): Js 8c 4c 7d
UTG checks, HJ checks, Hero ?
What is the best decision that Hero can play here?

Hijack I'm expecting can have AJ, QQ, and maybe KJ/JT in their range so I'm less concerned about being behind. They've also got sets here. Maybe Ax for any pair and/or fd.
UTG I reckon has a lot of Ax here with fd and suited cons like 87, 45, 44. I'm assuming they raise 88 pf.
My instinct is usually to keep being aggressive but If we bet here to protect our equity and charge draws we're going to be in trouble of we get XR and feel very uncomfortable. Draws will definitely do this and it's going to inflate the pot.
I think i favour X behind and being passive but it's more about our control and not inflating the pot. Our hand isn't super strong. If the river bricks or pairs any card but the J we feel okay but set Combos just went way down.
Yeah sometimes we let a draw get there but I think it's going to induce a lot of bets by Jx and missed draws which we can call.
Were going to lose 87 and maybe another 2p that gets there on a the river but such is life.
