8 16 KTs HJ
8 16 8 handed.
V1 is a bad player, playing 80% of hands, cold calls, calls down lite etc.
V2 is laggish, pays attention, sees me as a TAG for sure but loves to play position on me.
V3 is a drooler who defends his blinds like 90%.
Game is running slightly loose with 3-4 bad players cold calling, lots of raised pots, lots of blind defense.
V1 limps UTG, folds to me in HJ with KTs, I raise, fold, V2 calls OTB. SB V3 calls, BB folds, V1 calls. 4 BB
Flop comes K73 with 2 small hearts. Not my suit.
Checks to me, I bet, V2 raises, V3 folds, V1 takes 2. He could have a wide range here, but the CC makes me think a decent K, or heart draw. V2 could be raising with the draw, any K, A7 or A3 with one or 2 hearts, or 88ish.
With a Ten kicker I call and plan to evaluate the turn. 7 BB.
Turn is a non heart 2. V1 checks, I bet, both just call. 10 BB
River is a black 7. V1 checks, I check(?), check.

It’s kind of weird to interpret what laggy but also calls button means in this situation. Unless he thinks he’s a rock, a LAG is likely to 3bet a ton in position. I’m kind of not thinking he has almost any Kx that beats you except for exactly KJo. Likewise putting A3/A7 offsuit in his range seems weird if we think he’s an actual lag (who should just recognize those as trash hands).
Maybe it’s a terminology issue.
On that note I’m not sure what to think of your stop and go here. Honestly it’s weird but I don’t mind it.
The river is sort of meh. You’re not really capable of having a 7 here unless you were just going super thin on the turn with A7s exactly but really neither should they have much 7. I feel like you’re right on the border here. K9 I probably check but I really don’t mind going either way with KT. It’s not some huge missed bet here, and there is certainly ev in checking hoping button will bluff. Sometimes you check/overcall and win two bets.
I have about 20-25 hours with the laggy guy, he used to 3 bet me more IP/OTB, but now I think with hours has tightened up a bit, he could have A3s/A7s here but yea I would expect a 3! from those if he played them.
What's the thinking behind the turn lead? It kind of turns your hand face-up as a king with a middling kicker. I generally just call down from the flop raise but if I wanted to put in more action, my default would be to 3bet the flop and keep the gas on.
Laggy guy could raise a heart draw and I didn't want to give him a free draw. If he raised and a call behind I think I can fold. If he raised and a fold behind tough call but probably call down HU. I came very close to a flop 3! with this V, HU for sure.
