4 8 flopped set overplay?

4 8 game 7 handed atm

Folds to bad player who limps MP, to his left I raise with 99.

CO, somewhat tricky BTN and staighforward LP BB all call because of course they do its 4/8. MP calls. 5 BB

Flop is 9TK RB. BB bets, MP calls, I raise, CO and BTN call, BB 3!, fold to me I cap(?) with bottom set. CO folds, BTN calls, BB calls, MP folds. 12.5 BB 3 way action

Turn is A completing RB. BB bets, I call, BTN now raises, BB hesitates, BTN yells "do it do it!" I remind the BTN one plyer per hand, BB 3!, I know I am up against a flopped straight. I am getting odds for drawing but only if BTN does not have a better set, or just picked up stupid Ax 2P. I call. BTN calls. 21.5 BB

River is a brick, BB bets, I torch off a BB getting 22:1 and call, BTN mucks.

While I don't think the flop raise is terrible, I'm thinking waiting for the turn is better. Your flop raise isn't going to chase anybody off a draw and there's still two cards to come that could severely cripple your hand. As played, capping the flop on a wet board with bottom set in a typically passive low stakes game isn't the best.

As an aside, the button yelling "do it do it" is not against the rules the way I'm interpreting this. Either way, it's definitely not a big deal and calling it out is not the way to endear yourself to 4/8 game. There are a lot of ticky tack things like this that just need to be ignored to make a low stakes game run ideally.
