2 flush hands 8 16
My run bad continues apace, these 2 hands happened within 6 hands of each other. Are you folding either?
Hand #1 8 handed, 3 limps me OTB with K4dd, I limp, blinds call. 3 BB
Flop is Kxx with 2 diamonds. Sb checks, MA white lady BB bets, old asian lady calls, folds to me I raise, SB folds, BB 3!, old lady takes 2, I call. 7 BB
Turn is a brick, BB bets, me and old lady call. 10 BB
River brings the 5 of diamonds, BB checks, old lady bets, I raise, BB folds, old lady 3!. I call.
Hand #2
Several limpers to me in BB with 84cc. I check my option.
Flop is A53 all clubs. I check figuring the couple of LP LAGs will take a shot. The BTN obliges and I CR, MA white lady(BB from previous) in MP takes 2, all folds. Maybe she has the A, Kc and a pair, 2 P, set, or I am drawing dead, idk.
Turn is a blank, I bet, she now raises. I call.
River blank, I check, she bets, I call.

I probably cap flop in hand one
As crazy as it might sound, in hand one Iβm probably not raising the river. She took all those bets to the face and then confidently bet out when the supposed scare card landed. And if you just call youβre more likely to get a call from the third player making your profit the same when you are best. This is also just profiling lil old ladies. Other players Iβm auto raising.
Donβt think thereβs much else you can do in hand two. Sometimes you just gotta take a beating.
I cap the flop in hand one. The rest is fine and I think the river raise is good. If you had a small flush I could be convinced that you should not raise the river (and I wouldn't raise the river if this were an NL game), but you have the second nuts and if she has the nuts oh well.
Hand 2 is well played on all streets.
cap flop in hand 1, dont raise river, go for the overcall. you're almost certain to get a worse hand to call behind and you save 2 bets vs the nuts.
hand 2 cooler if you lost i cant fold a flush even vs an old lady
