Exploiting stations

I was playing drills on a dedicated low stakes exploitative poker app (Leakseek.poker), and I have learned that against calling stations, you have to barrel more expensive overall - with value hands of course, but also with a few selected high equity bluffs (strong draws). Does it make sense or I missed the point ? Shouldn’t we have no bluffs or betting small with bluffs ?
