Turn bet?

It’s 20-40 with overs hear to 50-100 with this villain.

Villain is abc on nittier side but seems to be more active today. He opens early, I three bet black 88 mid, he calls calls. Pot $140.

Flop is 8d7s5c. He checks calls. Pot $240.

Turn is 6d. He checks. Bet would be $100 here.

Bet this?

On one hand he shouldn’t have many (if any) 4s and he has just a few nines. On the flip side, the rest of his range (minus bigger diamonds) is folding so there’s not a lot of get value from and maybe he gets curious on the river.

I just bet. You know this guy better than I do but this should not be a particularly concerning board to him after you 3bet pre and I’m not convinced he will just fold everything without a 9 or a 4. I also tend to think that betting this turn looks bluffier than checking back and betting river if/when he checks again.

seems like a bad idea to give a free card that could result in a river chop. he probably cr flop with 99 sometimes too which means even less 9's to be worried about.
