Videogame: flopped monster draw from BB

This hand is from a videogame but I think it's an interesting spot:

UTG raises, 3 coldcallers, SB coldcalls, I have 85 in the BB and I call.

6 players, 12sb, Flop comes 67J

SB bets, Hero ???

With 66, 77, JJ, QJ, KJ and AJ I raise here 100% to try to charge draws. I smashed that board every way possible except actually making a hand. If the pot were smaller, i.e. if it'd been limped around preflop, calling to build the pot would be a no-brainer. Even with the pot already pretty big, I have to consider a raise to maximize our chance to win it. A 9 sets up a redraw for anyone with an 8 or 10. A heart makes a flush for us but could set up a redraw for anyone with a lone heart bigger than our 8. Any pair could pick up two pair on the turn. Any pocket pair could pick up a set.

I'm honestly not sure, but I'm leaning toward raise.

Call. Why would you want anyone to fold behind you?

The more multiway a hand is, the more honest/less balanced we can play. We want more people in the hand when we’re drawing too.

Call. Your draw is not as big as it appears.

I think that was the whole point of the post.

The pot is already big so why not maximize our chance to win it?

Do you not agree that raising here could fold out single hearts, 8s, Ts, bottom pair, middle pair, top pair and pocket pairs?

Do you not agree that any of those we can get to fold improves our chance to win the pot if we make a straight or flush enough to warrant investing an extra small bet?

Those are not rhetorical questions, I'm interested in anyone's thoughts.

We have no chance of muscling our way through the hand, plus we don’t have the disadvantage of not getting paid off on the river like a made hand does. So we don’t really want to ram and jam. Of the hands that you listed, probably only single big hearts will fold, and it’s not really something we’re worried about all too much.

You aren’t going to win it with 8 high. You need to improve. And if you improve, you want more people in. A donk from the sb here is either thr nut flush draw or top pair and he ain’t folding

Unlikely but you raise and everyone folds and SB calls or reraises do you like your hand?

If it were a raised pot and SB bets and you have A2h raising makes sense.

I strongly prefer calling here. You are not going to be able to blast your way to victory in a 6 way raised pot and a raise doesn’t protect your hand, clean up outs, or fold out better draws. Your straight draw is also fairly disguised and you will often get to raise a big street when you get there. All of that weighs in favor of calling, and getting others to pad your equity by calling is just an added benefit.
