Recommend me, please, some good sites for fixed-limit hold'em

Hi everyone,

I'm a poker player from Ukraine, and I'm looking for places to play fixed-limit hold'em online. I've been playing on Pokerstars in 2008 on 5-10 FLH 6 max and in 2009 a lot by multitabling microstakes, but I'm not sure that now it is still possible. After that i take a big pause.

Can anyone recommend some good sites for fixed-limit hold'em? Are there any sites that are particularly friendly to players from Ukraine?

What are the rake structures like on these sites?
What is the player pool like?
What are the software features like?
