What do you have?
lmao I have JT with T hearts
I usually fold that pre but rest is fine
I play it the same (including pf).
Jto OOP call standard ?
Fold pre. Turn is quite annoying. I kind of just want to get to showdown now.
Preflop is definitely pretty loose, but I liked the dynamic of who the other people were in the hand and since it was borderline I chucked it in there.
Like what would we do with QJo? That’s probably a call for sure right
If either a super tight player or someone who can outplay me raises UTG I suppose I can make a good case for folding QJo from the BB. I see good players calling early position raises with junk routinely in LA. Aside from table gossip nobody knows for sure if the “good” players are actually winning players.
A seemingly solid “winning” player cracked my flopped set of Aces recently defending his BB with 25s recently in a heads-up pot.
bruce, you've twice suggested this is an EP open. It's UTG+1 in a 6 handed game, also known as the hijack.

I would fold QJo and KJo as well. Used to fold AJo and KQo but decided they're good enough in my usual game which has a lot of loose bad players.
Would you change your mind if you thought that button was really bad? Or it’s just that we’re out of position against a hijack open?
No, I wouldn't, although I'm not trying to say I know it's wrong. I've already loosened my hand requirements because almost everyone I play with is loose/bad, so AJ and KQ are no longer problem hands which are often dominated by the hand of the raiser. JT is still a problem hand in that making one pair is rarely going to win.
If it's suited then at least you have a better chance to make a hand strong enough to beat three other people.
