777 (Reprise)
Same hand as the 777 thread, but from CO's perspective.
LJ and CO are both thinking players and have a pretty good sense how one another plays. CO is probably a pip tighter pre, and a bit more aggressive post, compared to LJ, who is more inclined to induce bluffs/bluffcatch/trap.
HJ is a loose passive older fellow. Not super loose, but he's limping and cold calling with hands he should definitely not be in there with.
----
LJ opens, HJ cold calls, CO 3b KK, and just LJ and HJ call.
Flop (10.5 sb): 7s 7c 4h
Checks to CO who bets, LJ and HJ call.
Turn (6.75 BB): 7s 7c 4h (Jh)
Checks to CO who bets, LJ raises, HJ calls two, CO 3b, LJ calls, HJ folds
River (14.75 BB): 7c 7c 4h Jh (9c) (unsure if it was the 9c - it was not a heart, and not a broadway card)
LJ checks and CO bets.
------
Only real question here is whether the turn 3b is solid value or if it's spew.

It really just depends on what the LJ range is there - what semi bluffs he has, what he would do with his jacks etc.
I’d be tempted to check back the river as CO here. He’s basically just targeting Jx that’s gonna try to bluff catch.
I guess it probably matters a bit if the CO has the king of hearts.
If I was the CO with the LJ check raising and the HJ calling two, three betting looks like lighting money on fire. If I took this line I would check the river.
