I open QsTs MP somewhere, solid TAG 3b CO i call
flop QT3 two hearts, I CR he call
turn 2c i bet he raises i call intending to play rivers, i.e., CR some rivers, c/c others, and donk some too.
what rivers do you donk? what rivers do you CR? what rivers do you c/c?

Why don't you want to just 3 bet the turn? Afraid he will fold aces or kings? Honestly I don't mind him folding an 8 outer here.
1) because i feel like my range is too nutted, 2) id like to see the river myself first
1 - why is that a problem? What are you afraid will happen?
2 - sure, we'd all love to see the river before acting on the turn. :p But it puts you in a weird spot on the river.
I almost never try a checkraise on the river anymore, especially heads up. I still to occasionally and it almost always gets checked through. Too many people will raise the turn and check back the river, taking the "free showdown".
I guess if I magically found myself in this spot, I would check/call an A, K, 3, or 2. Bet a Q or a blank. The only card that could be worth trying a checkraise would be a T.
I would just 3bet the turn. You ideally want 4 bets going in between the turn and the river and I think 3betting the turn is the best way to accomplish that. It's a HU spot and I would not be that afraid of being drawn out on particularly after he raises the turn.
I feel like this hand plays so much easier if you 3bet the turn, so put me in that camp. Generally OOP it’s much more attractive to fast play.
As far as donking I would probably donk a non-k/a heart as he will probably check back a lot on those rivers. I would x/r any blank that doesn’t pair the board. x/r a T. I would only lead on a Q as that’s what your hand looks like and he will likely check back anything except one combo of pocket TT and a few combos of AQ. River A/K I would x/c.
