Older asian guy who seems OK at poker opens HJ and I 3bet AsAd on the button. Everyone else folds and he calls.
Flop Ts Td 3s. He checks, I bet, he calls.
Turn Ks. He checks, I check (intending to bet if checked to on river, raise most flushes and Ax, and otherwise call).
River 4c. He bets, I call.

I like the turn check more if a) it’s not heads up or b) the paired card is higher and more likely to hit his range or c) the turn card is random low card where he’s likely to check fold.
Here the king smacks his range and you can get two bets
