Full House of Fur Coats

Here’s a hand. 5 bet cap. New guy who is clearly bad raises. Bad lag 3 bets. I four with KK. Both call.

Flop is QcKcAx. Check, lag donks, I raise, call, lag 3, I 4. Call, call.

Turn is 5c. Checks to me, I bet, both call.

River Ac. New guy donks, lag raises . . .

Gross. Call and then fold to two bets back to you?

Puke and call although I can make a case for folding

Tough spot, but I would never fold without very strong player reads.

Someone with a Royal surely would have bet his flush on the turn. AA is possibility, but that's one combo. Of course you fear AK and AQ, and most of the time someone will have one of those, but it's a big pot.

Unknown guy could think his Jc is good, and the bad lag could have JcTx. It would make sense for either player to have QQ, and I would say most of the time one of them does have that. The parlay you're hoping for is that one has Jc and the other QQ (or that someone has gone completely bonkers with something worse). It's certainly not likely, but with these pot odds you're looking for a reason to call, not a reason to fold.

I would be interested in results.

I called. Original bettor tank folded and raiser had AA

Bummer. But as they say, even LAGs sometimes get aces. And they're supposed to win a big pot with them.

Agree with everyone it's gross but a call against bad players, unless they're specifically bad in a tight/passive type way where you know that this is always at least aces full. The hand is much grosser when a bad player leads and then an expert raises.

I call as well. I think I would fold a flush (either someone has the Jc or you have it and someone else doesn’t care), but I just can’t fold this hand with this action.
