Kind of crazy late night game. I open A5s UTG+1 7 or 8 handled and UTG+2 (loose and sort of aggro Arab guy) 3bets next in. HJ cold calls, CO and BTN fold, both blinds call.
Flop 774r, I have BDFD. Checked around.
Turn 5. Blinds check, I bet, UTG+2 calls, others fold.
River 6. I bet.

FACT THAT LOOSE ARAB GUY CHECKED BACK THE FLOP WOULD LEAD ME TO THINK i HAVE THE BEST HAND. I'D BET THE TURN, MIGHT CONSIDER A FOLD IF ONE OF BLINDS RAISES BUT MOST LIKELY CALLING DOWN. IF ARAB GUY RAISES CALLING DOWN AS WELL.

I generally would check and call here against described villain. They’re more likely to bluff than to make a thin call, and if bluff raising is at all in their repertoire you can end up getting hosed. Plus, some players will be super polar on this kind of river and check back some clear value hands.

YES A5 IS MOST LIKELY THE BEST HAND ON THE TURN, I NEVER THOUGHT IT WASN'T. I WAS JUST SAYING THAT ITS A GREAT SPOT FOR ONE OF THE BLINDS TO CHECK -RAISE. YOU CANT B THAT STRONG AND THE BLINDS HAVE ALL THE 7"S IN THEIR RANGES.
