Casino AZ converted from 20/40 and 40/80 to 30/60 and 60/120 a few months ago.
The 20/40 and 40/80 were fairly sporadic and one would start and then another would start and kill the other game, and it was causing a lot of frustration. Going to just 30/60 has allowed the game to go almost daily. A far cry from the days of multiple 20 games, but much better than it has been the last 6 months or so.
Not sure if 60 has ever gone (maybe a few times over the last few months) but it is an official game to sign up for on Bravo.

Do they still have a regular mix game?
Yes the 20/40 4 game mix goes daily anywhere from 1-3 games. Higher mixed are sporadic during WSOP

Been looking on the apps. Headed to Vegas next week and I only see a board for 40/80 or higher at Bellagio. Are the bigger limit games dead right now? Or did they move?

They have always only been at Bellagio.
ETA: oh you mean there's only an interest list I think, no actual game. I'll let a vegas reg answer definitively, but the last few years I find there are way fewer 20, 40, and 80 games running, and they often break and don't run all night any more.
I usually glance at Bellagio when looking at my local rooms and that is correct. Usually 1 or 2 20 games and 0 or 1 40 games most evenings, and the games are usually broken by midnight. I think I recall one instance in the past year (outside of WSOP) when the game ran overnight.
Last year during WSOP there were usually 6+ games between 20, 40 and 80 most evenings (iirc).
does LHE still go at Artichoke Joes?
Last I heard, they had a regular 20/40 game with mandatory straddle. That was from about a year ago though.
It looked like they had one table of 20 going earlier today on PokerAtlas.
