Ac5c turn v check?

Ac5c turn v check?

Unknown HJ opens. I 3 bet Ac5c and only he calls. I have no specific reads on him but he seems to be a TAG.

3cJcJs...He checks, I bet, he calls.

3cJcJs4h...He checks. I have a strong draw but would it be best to check back the turn? I have no idea how this guy plays. Maybe he is slow playing a Jack. Maybe he will bluff the river after pealing the flop.

What if I had AcTc?

What if I had Ac7c?

I often bet at game speed, but I think this is probably a check and call most rivers UI (maybe fold K/Q/T). Other than KQ, this guy’s PF range should not include a lot of unpaired hands that you beat (though perhaps there are some weaker suited broadways and connectors in there). His river range should be pretty polarized when you check back turn so I think you can call a bunch of rivers UI.

He has more Jx than you on the flop, like 11.5% to 8.5%. You retain all your Jx going into the turn while he does not.

But even if he slowplays all his Jx *and* 33, you have enough equity to call a raise and you have position. So bet.

Clear bet I think
