Fur coat ish?

3 limps and I raise the CO with 9s9c, both blinds and the limpers call.

7s8dJc...It's checked to the HJ who donks, I just call but I think I should have raised, everybody calls.

7s8dJc9h...It's checked to the UTG who donks, everybody calls expect for the BB who CR's and everybody calls except the SB.

7s8dJc9h3c...BB bets, everybody folds, and it's up to me.

The BB is an old man who is playing every hand. I haven't seen him bluff. He had to put UTG on a possible straight and yet he still raised the field. Is getting 22-1 enough to call in a situation where he either has the straight or he misread his hand. He has only been at the table for an hour so I don't really know what he is capable of.
