New Online Gambling Law in Germany
Bulletpoints:
1) Every form of online Poker is now made fully legal (right now its a gray area)
2) Monthly deposit limit of 1000€
3) Playerprofil every site needs to report to the authoraties that insures you don't deposit more then 1000€ per month
All in all not bad at all little bit worse since degens to punt of more then 1000€ at the table.

Hi guys, I know there are players out there that can refer to me as somebody that you can trust that helps you change your German Flag on GG to an Austrian one. So if anybody needs help hit me up. Just ask your community maybe I've helped some of them too. Just serious requests please via PN!
for all germans: german gambling agency finally allowed exceptions for the deposit limits, you can apply directly to the poker sites. I got the law text of this directly from a lawyer and it was confirmed to me by the agency itself. Stating i have to request the pokersite itself, to increase the "cross operator deposit limit" as well as other limits.
One is potentially eligible to increase the limit to at least 10k per month.
Now: Pokerstars system is not yet set up for this, they need more time to implement this new law and be able to exclude certain players from these limitations. They can not do it manually. One step in the right direction, but too bad the very system they were forced to set up now prevents them from immediately implementing the new rules.
As most might already have heard ACR just shut down operating for German players a few weeks ago, on February 1st, 2024.
I've been strongly considering between the two options of moving to apps/private sites to keep grinding cash vs transitioning to MTTs as they seem grindable w/ the German regulations in place.
One thing that concerned me for MTTs is, should the part about 'only being able to play on one licensed provider at a time' be enforced at some point, it would kind of make MTT grinding not worthwhile with an actual 4-table cap across sites (at least much less so imo).
I had the impression this would likely just not be enforced, but I just found this thread (see screenshot below for the essence) where German players on 888 received error messages when trying to register a tournament and one of the players learned from support that this was due to the 'LUGAS-Aktivitätsprüfung' that ensures that you only play at one licensed provider at a time.

Do some of the MTT grinders located in Germany have experienced issues grinding across multiple licensed sites until now? Is the 4-table cap across sites (!) actually enforced at this point?
You cannot even have a sportsbet on other site going while playing on Stars. Guess that its capped to four tables overall...
Are there any Poker Rooms I can acces from Germany that have not adapted to the German Gambling Law?
Try coinpoker
There seems no legal way to play winning poker in Germany.
Apps aren’t illegal I would guess

PartyPoker still runs for German clients and they do not charge any extra taxes or rake. I think there is no rakeback anymore or something but rest still the same. It's the only site I play, all others shut down or raised rake for Germans or am I missing any sites besides some private apps etc.?

It depends on whether you want to operate within the legal framework.
Currently, only GG, PS, 888, and Party are legal with the mentioned restrictions.
Otherwise, there are still plenty of options for Germans to continue playing on most platforms.
