The 2024 WSOP will take place at Horseshoe Las Vegas and Paris Las Vegas from May 28 to July 17, 2024, with the Main Event running from July 3 to July 17. The Main Event – poker’s undisputed freezeout world championship – will have four starting days, beginning on Wednesday, July 3. Players may also register directly on Day 2.

The first thing I hear Tuchman say to Chance is "ye you are a high stakes PLO crusher" . To which Chance sheepishly said he plays No Limit mtts.

Can someone explain to me this passage of the following Poker News article on the pay-out structure?
How would the tax implications of a mincash in the Main Event be any different than a any of the other $10k events, which all had mincashes of $20,000?
For foreigners that just come to play the ME (and have to pay taxes on any profit over 5k profit).
Arieh ahead 3-1 HU in the $1500 8-game with a good shot at bracelet #7. Pretty impressive, most in last few years. Don't know if he was playing the WSOP for a while. All bracelets in PLO, limit holdem, or mixed games. Won the $25 HORSE, which is a tough tournament and was impressive at the final table of the ME when Raymer won.

Chance also plays a bunch of expensive PLO tournaments. Maybe he sucks and just punts money but he still plays. Maybe the issue was calling him a crusher
