Just seeing his twitter feed he seems like a less articulate but more polished form of Mikki? When people flash the cash I usually assume something is amiss. Please correct this assumption in this case.

i was actually wondering if zeebzorb could be the next wobbly. after i saw flappernoodle buy in for cool million and then find out it was borrowed from bleepbloop who subsequently went broke in goggosss cheated home game i started to think zeebzorb might be in on the whole thing.

It feels like we're a cool decade removed from the first studies showing how social media increases teenagers' levels of anxiety and depression because their feeds set unrealistic expectations for themselves. And I remember thinking, "Really? These must be the sons and daughters of the idiots who bought lousy beer simply because 1980 TV ads showed beach parties and bikinis."
Evidently, those sons and daughters are now in their 20s, some of them are now in the poker sphere, and a few are still falling into the trap of seeing some dude on their phone showing off a stack of cranberries and somehow fretting over it.

I'm not even sure Perry is a scam artist/criminal/liar (and neither does the OP, based on the thread title). For all I know, he's a legit successful gambler. A cursory glance at that Twitter account just shows me a guy who likes to flex a lot, whether the gains are ill-gotten or otherwise. To me, the weird part is that anyone would even care beyond the fact that it's just sort of douchetastic. That someone might get scammed by it is odder still.

I hate Ralph! He hit a 5 outer on the river against me that cost me a WSOP bracelet and over 140K in a PLO event in the mid 2000's. And yes, that is a not so humble brag lol, and yes, he was the real deal and pretty good guy the few times I spoke with him back then.
