888Poker deliberately makes it difficult for players to withdraw
I am writing to you to raise an issue about: 888poker
The issue that I have experienced was: I requested to withdraw funds. 888 poker denied my withdrawal stating I needed to submit my bank statement which i did. Upon contacting their support to follow up, the requested I send my bank statement. When I informed them I already had done so, support said my bank statement wasn't valid and asked me to submit my valid bank statement, which left me with no recourse since they refuse to acknowledge my bank statement.
It occurred on: 15/07/2024
This meant that I cannot obtain my funds. It seems that it's allright to deposit money but when you withdraw 888 poker seems to make the process difficult and unreasonable.
I would like them to send me my deposit.

What did they say when you asked "Could you kindly let me know why my bank statement is not valid so that I can provide one which meets all requirements, please?"
They got your money, they got you by dem balls.
double-check the statement you sent has proof of address on it.

Since this is 888 support they probably sent him an email with somebody elses name on it, then either:
A) Told him he was banned for life with no appeal.
B) Told him to clear his cookies and cache.
C) Offered him a $5 bonus with a $200000 playthrough requirement.
D) Ignored the email.
So I made a withdrawal on Saturday (2 days ago) and got it in 10 minutes after clicking the button
Just as a counter point to your title, not your post
The site sounds like aids.
the site is aids
Another here who’s never had a problem withdrawing from 888. Always processed and sent to my bank within about 15 minutes.
I’m sure once your documents are approved you won’t have any more troubles.
Just withdrawn by whole bankroll from 888poker. Very small amount, since didn’t played much, and also only played micros.
I had to provide the required documentation since this was the first withdrawal ever.
But no issues whatsoever.
Last time someone whined about something similar on here, he was obviously playing on VPN from a banned country and had tried to submit a bogus statement that someone else procured for him.
A lot of sites have very strict rules for withdrawal, especially if you made a big win BEFORE submitting the needed documents. But if everything is in order you'll get it through in the end. Most likely there is something off about the documents the OP sent to 888.
If you haven't already, submit a formal complaint through their support channels or customer service email. Clearly state the problem, provide evidence (such as copies of your bank statements and correspondence with support), and request a resolution.
