Poker Stake Com - Daniel Negreanu Summer Package?
I am creating this thread to see how many people got shafted by Poker Stake. I was excited to finally get through this year to purchase a piece of DNegs 2024 Summer Package (25% of the 1.8 Mil dollars worth of entries and tournaments ) only to get an email from Poker Stake Support they revoked my .01% piece and chalked it up to some computer glitch. See attached screenshots. I have been a fan of Dnegs for a long time and I am soooo mad at this play by Poker Stake. I had a feeling he was going to win a 7th Bracelet becuase 24 is my magic number thus 2024 would be a good year.
I am waiting to hear back but have a bad feeling Poker Stake is Ghosting me.

Didnt the package lose money? If so consider yourself lucky.
Presume it only counted first entry so was marginally profitable ?
Sounds like they are trying to scam you.
This shouldn’t happen. If it happens, it’s their fault and they need to take care of it.
Keep up the good fight to get only 90% of your money back instead of full 100%.

They aren't trying to scam you but this is a screw up on their side.
They just need to make their code more robust, e.g. have checks in place so that if part of the process fails, either remediate it or roll back the funds to your account immediately.
I would take the W though in this case, this error is in your favour since the package lost money.
It doesn’t matter if Poker Stake screwed up, your stake of Daniel Negraneu was confirmed and that makes it official. So you are morally obligated to pay Daniel part of his losses, go inquire as to his Venmo and pay up,
