How can an edge possibly be found at video roulette?
I've (sort of) had heat from the casino floor for AP plays on a form of video roulette played on these slot machines. But that was rare compared to the occasions they let me play despite the fact I was obviously playing them vastly different to how regular punters were playing them
Hopefully, they at least let you use your comps for a massage.
Once upon a time, Nevada casinos offered Sigma video poker machines called "Flush Attack". The bonus feature of an outsized payout for a flush. When a bonus period was activated, by ongoing play, the whole bank of machines got the opportunity for the Bonus upon hitting flush..
As a result, bonus whores used to sit and wait to play until someone triggered the Bonus for the entire bank of machines.
They would then grab a seat and play, but only until the +EV bonus feature was exhausted.
The machines did not stay in place for very long.

Yeah when they were all linked in a bank of machines that was big time cringe with bonus whores sitting at a machine not playing, but just sitting there. Some places kept the machines, but unlinked the bank. Then you still had bonus whores standing behind players counting how many flushes the person had hit to see if it was worthwhile to sit down and play the machine when the person left if it was only an additional flush or two away from the bonus triggering. Atlantic City had them too. If the Claridge Casino is still there, then I bet you could still find a Flush attack on the casino floor.
Flush Attack, Cherry Pie, Bonus Run...the good ole days.

The fictional casino in Jane Austen's Mafia, a great 1998 movie, had a table game called "You Can't Possibly Win
".
Great game, I was always expecting to see it offered live at the Stardust.
